Just wanted to say thank you, our first nutritionist meeting started a process, that has come to the point of removing sucralose from my diet, today on a path in last 5 days almost pain free, crazy but you know its true,  I'm over the moon happy today, thanks for all you do Kelsey, you were right, the processing kills us.

Thanks Kelsey. I was looking to get a handle on my food choices and lose a bit of weight I was struggling to lose. There is so much info out there today in the market it’s mind boggling. All diets / weight loss / nutrition plans are not a ONE SIZE fits all (like those pantyhose hose —I am not a one size girl!) This girl knows her stuff. The wealth of information and knowledge she shared with me in my plans is amazing. I started with Kelsey not really knowing anything about macros or what my body needed. She taught me the importance of fats in my diet and not to be afraid of carbs, super scary at first but made the biggest difference. I noticed progress mentally and physically just eating at maintenance which was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to have meals untracked and eat out without guilt due to her help. With Kelsey’s assistance, I was able to become confident with my eating and know how to fuel my body if I was eating out or at home. Overall, Kelsey helped me improve my relationship with food, this was something I couldn’t have done without her help.

Kelsey was great during our meet and greet, and has been so supportive and helpful throughout my food tracking, and my flexible meal plan. She has so much information to offer, and does it in a no-stress way, that makes you feel happy and excited about nutrition!

In Nov. 2020 I finally made the decision to make some positive changes to my health. I had absolutely no idea how or where to start, after many conversations with Kelsey we decided that a structured meal plan would be the best way to go because of my job and the hours I work.
I set a goal to get to 200lbs by Aug 2021. In no time I was losing weight and feeling so much better than I had in months! In January I hired Kelsey as a personal trainer and committed to going 2 to 3 times a week including 1 training day. And now towards the end of Feb 2021 I've lost 23 lbs and going to the gym 3 to 5 times a week and I owe it all to Kelsey! I get weekly and sometimes daily check-ins and with all the questions I have, she has answers for all of them big or small. Because of her, I have learned how to enjoy eating healthy and regular exercise! I would highly recommend Kelsey to anyone looking to improve their health, she is definitely a game-changer!

Working with Kelsey helped me with my knowledge of how the body works and with my food association issues. Bad habits after years of trying every diet were able to be reversed so that the results came in a healthy and sustainable way. Plus she genuinely cares for her clients and wants to help them be a better version of themselves. 100% would recommend working with Kelsey, we are lucky to have her service in the Kootenay area.

Kelsey is a lovely person and easy to talk to. She really just wants to help your relationship with food and she will do everything she can to help. 10/10 would recommend.
